About Barry S. Turner, Esq.

Born and raised in Miami, Barry concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, business and shareholder disputes, creditor's rights, bankruptcy, and bankruptcy litigation. He regularly represents banks, investors, creditors, lenders, individuals, and trustees at the trial and appellate levels in state, federal and bankruptcy courts.

Barry has been recognized as a "40 Under 40" Award Recipient by the Miami Dade Bar Young Lawyers Section, by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” from 2016 through 2020 and since 2021 as a “Super Lawyer”, and an Up and Comer" in the area of Bankruptcy & Workout by Florida Trend's "Legal Elite." At the outset of his legal career, Barry served as the law clerk to Robert A. Mark, Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of Florida. Thereafter, he worked in the Miami and Palm Beach offices for two national law firms.

Barry received his J.D. from Florida International University College of Law. He received his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Political Science.
